Hello! My name is Guneet (he/him), and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (R.C.C). I have completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. I am fluent in English and Punjabi.
I have spent several years working with Autistic youth, teens, and adults and have helped support individuals who experience homelessness in the lower mainland.
I want to work with you to better understand your worldview, and the experiences that you are facing. I believe that by looking at the various components of ourselves, and through understanding, we can make sense of barriers that prevent us from being our authentic selves.
I integrate a compassionate, and systems-focused lens into therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, and Self-Compassion Focused therapy.
My goal is to work together with you to create a space that allows us to explore the barriers that prevent us from connecting to our core values. I want to be able to help validate any emotions and help empower you to move in a direction that aligns with your journey.
On my days off you can find me at a drop in, or on the grass playing volleyball. I believe in approaching our health and well being holistically by looking at mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual domains.

Hello! My name is Guneet (he/him), and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (R.C.C). I have comp...

Joey is a Registered Massage Therapist (Vancouver College of Massage Therapy graduate) and movement coach who provides hands-on care and/or thorough assessment and clear, actionable home care. He focuses the most on athletic performance, movement quality, non-contact injuries as well as injury prevention/rehab—especially for basketball players and anyone in overhead or throwing sports.
During an initial visit, Joey completes a comprehensive assessment (including video analysis of movement and gait), explains what’s driving your symptoms, and builds a targeted plan. Treatment blends manual techniques—Swedish massage, myofascial/trigger point release, joint mobilizations—and, when appropriate, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). You’ll leave with a precise program of exercises aiming towards long term results.
His philosophy is simple: there’s no single “perfect” way to move—only better ways that match your goals and daily demands. Expect collaborative care, measurable progress, and strategies you can use right away.
Outside the clinic, Joey keeps active with volleyball, basketball, and training—and he’s always hunting for great local food spots so recommendations would be highly appreciated.
